Is there a minimum age for volunteers?
The minimum age for volunteers is 18 years old. Children younger than 16 may volunteer as long as a parent is volunteering with them for the entire period. Some positions have a minimum age requirement of 21 years. Where this is the case, it will be clearly stated in the information on that position. |

Can I get a certificate for my volunteer time?
Yes. Our partner organizations are happy to issue certificates on satisfactory completion of your position. |
